Registration to the services of SSSS Airolo implies acceptance of these terms and conditions

INSTRUCTORS, TEACHERS

• All SSSS Airolo instructors have completed a Confederation-validated training course and hold a licence to teach skiing or other similar disciplines.

PRICES

• The SSSS Airolo prices are displayed in our offices, on our website, on the booking confirmations and on the various communication documents of the ski school.
• The prices include the teaching service provided by the instructors of the SSSS Airolo and exclude all other services (insurance, skipass, equipment, transport and meals, except if different written).

PRIVATE LESSONS

• Reservations can be made by telephone and at our sales offices.
• Lessons are collected at the sales offices of SSSS Airolo.
• Payment is possible by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), debit card (Maestro, Postcard), cash and gift voucher.
• Lessons are held at any time.
• Lessons can be cancelled free of charge if SSSS Airolo is contacted by phone at least 24 hours before the lesson (we do not accept SMS, WhatssApp, Mails, ...).
• For any change or cancellation made within 24 hours before the lesson, the client will have to pay 100% of the amount due.

RESPONSIBILITY

SSSS Airolo declines all liability in the event of an accident, each participant must have its own accident insurance.

IMAGE RIGHTS

• The client authorizes SSSS Airolo to publish, display or distribute photographs and videos taken during courses and lessons. This authorization is valid for any use (publications, website...).
• If you do not wish to give your permission, thank you for informing us beforehand.

CONFLICTS

The parties shall endeavour to settle amicably any difficulties which may arise in the performance of the contract. If it is not possible to reach a friendly agreement, only Swiss law applies.
